• Returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

• Gift Cards are non-refundable.

• All products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
